I've been with Platinum Life now for a total of 4 years and have a cancer cover policy for myself and husband. It was initially a policy only for females however when it became available for males aswell, they recalled having to call me and offer the poilcy. Recently I've been offered an increase to my policy with an increase however the amount of the monthly installment wasn't within a budget I could afford and instead of forcing me to take an increase they understood and Chante was able to assist me with an increase that was affordable for myself and hubby. I am very happy overall with my experience with Platinum Life and there very friendly and helpful staff.
