I've been with Platinum Life for quite a while and have had great, friendly and helpful service. The consultants have always greeted me friendly and explained well if I've had a query. I've never had to wait long for any pay out and even when I was hospitalized for a longer period, I was informed of each step of the way and what manager it was at.
