I've been with Platinum life for almost 10 years
I've been with Platinum life for almost 10 years. The other day I had a call from the call centre...wasn't happy and want to cancel. Then Tracy phoned me...she was very kind and understanding. If it was not for her I would have cancelled. Great service Tracy!
