I've been one of their clients for going on a year now. And even though I had a bit of trouble on my own getting the policy documents again after I deleted all of my e-mails, as soon as I phoned them, Riona Lala was able to assist me to the best of her ability. I am just a bit disappointed with the fact that I was not able to claim my free voucher or use it from Isabella Garcia, to get one of their products. I did get the voucher, but the product I wanted was more expensive than what the voucher offered me.
