Iv been a member for a long time now, it has been a tough past few years with covid and the father of my kids being retrenched twice in the time frame of a year. Not being at a work place long enough to earn uif, im the main provider but installments were impossible to cover over and above everything else, Platinum Life was kind enough to halt and reduce payments without me losing my benefits to assist me during these difficult periods.
