It was excellent ..the lady that helped was very friendly and helpful ..she gave me options about different packages and that was very thoughtful of her..other then just cancelling the policy ..I'm thankful for that ..and that I have a policy with platinum life and covered if by any chance I'm diagnosed with cancer ..I took out the cover .. As I lost both parent due cancer I just last my mother a week ago ..I lost both parents in less then a year ...I'm sad .. But I happy I'm covered 🌟
