It was at a time when I thought the whole world had come crashing down on me after receiving news that I had breast cancer which had metastasized and I had to get a mastectomy. We were on our way from the Oncologist when a consultant from Platinum called to "do a check up on my policy" and I told the consultant right there and then that I had just received the bad news and immediately I was sent to claims and from there everything else was a breeze...... My claim was paid in less than 3 weeks after submitting all the necessary documents and I went through both chemo and radiation without a worry about petrol and accomodation because I live over 200km from the nearest oncologist and cancer compliant hospital..... I recommend Platinum to all my friends and family and I think they are now maybe bored 🤣🤣 because I am always singing Platinum praises. Platinum you are the best. It's been almost 2 years and I am still a happy client.
