It has been good experience considering they have been able to help me to adjust my policies and be able to keep them as I have been through rought patches and the economy affecting what I can and can't do. Platinum life shows that they really mean what they say by the care they provide for their customers. I wish their affiliates shared the same sentiment though as my experience with Elizabeth Garcia has been the total opposite. 😭😩. I wish they matched the Platinum life brand more
