Innocentia was very helpful, once she understood my reasoning for lowering my premiums
Innocentia was very helpful, once she understood my reasoning for lowering my premiums. As a whole, lowering premiums, instead of outright canceling policies, should be looked at favorably by companies and the process should be made simpler for the client.
