A consultant called me with regards to a platinum life cancer plan and offered a free gift , which I then gave my work address I advised I'm working for a courier company ..no notification whatsoever as per delivery , the delivery came to my work address when I was on leave.I then decided to call them via the number sent to me via SMS , and I used the link in the sms to update the delivery address.Non feedback made , as per an email I sent.I want platinum life to remove all my personal details I shared with them and keep their unsuccessful delivery to themselves no customer care contact centre called me after I requested a call ..as for their unprofessional sales , if I don't get feedback and my information removed from the data base I will deal with them personally it's not the first time they promoting Isabella Garcia and cancer promotions
