Increased premium without acknowledgement,

 Dear Marsha,  Thank you for taking my call.  Kindly note that the yearly inflation is set on the policy and will occur in the month that the policy started. This increase will effect the premium and cover benefits and is explained in the sales call and policy documentation. Upgrades are optional extras that are offered in the time that the policy is in force and where you have the choice to add additional benefits onto the policy.
