Impeccable Service
I cannot recall the lady's name, but I hope you can find the recording. I asked to change my premium, no questions asked, she gave me much less in premium that i'd expected! I explained my reasons, which she understood by the warmth of her voice I could tell. I felt like the most valued, respected and dignified client. Thank you Platinum Life for employing such wonderful people, you have a lifelong client now,because of that experience.
