I'm not happy because on Saturday they deducted in my account meanwhile I discussed that with one of your consultants

I have received your review and I have looked into this matter on my side. Kindly note that a resubmission was done on your policy, due to arrears. This premium was already sent to the bank when you spoke to the consultant and we were unable to stop it. 

Please accept my apologies that this was not communicated by the consultant and rest assured that a refund will be paid, as soon as we have received confirmation from the bank.
