Ignores the POPI Act.
You are completely ignoring the POPI Act. And to say that I have been "nominated by a friend" doesn't even comply to the Act. I didn't give permission, so you can't use it. This "cold calling" procedure is ridiculous and your gift gave me a rash back in 2004. I have directly called the call center and demanded for my nr to be removed.
