We asked Platinum life to remove one cancer policy as well as Accidental death cover from my wifes policy, they promised to call back, when they call they don't want to discuss the issue. They only talk about free gifts that never materialized and we not interested

You contacted us on the 25th of January and requested for these certain changed to be made on the policy. A consultant tried to contact Mrs Bouwer on Friday to assist but was unable to reach her. They will contact her again today so please keep an eye out for our call.
Please note that Mrs Bouwer would have received a promotional gift when she was nominated in 2009, when the policy started and with each subsequent upgrade taken. These would have been vouchers that she was able to redeem and use and would have been sent with her policy documentation.
Kindly advise if there is anything else we can assist with
