I would like to write a review about Platinum Life; My interaction with three officials at Platinum Life was at an executive level. The first engagement was with Alisha, who highlighted, very professionally, that certain aspects of my policy needed attention. Which I acknowledged, this was followed by an engagement with Carla who suggested a number of tangible solutions that addresses both my concerns as well as enabling me to opted for the most efficient way forward with my policy. My last interaction was with Junita, who confirmed the road map we'll pursue with my policy of which l was in full agreement.
