I would like to write a review about Platinum Life Juanita contacted me a few days ago in response to my email to cancel my policy. She was very helpful and friendly and took the time to inform me of details that were not mentioned in my previous attempts to cancel due to financial difficulties. She considered my options and didn't try to convince me to spend more than I can afford. Just informed me of options and left the decision to me.
