I would like to write a review about Platinum Life I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. I took out my policy in 2003. Platinum Life handles any query fast and efficient. Replies are done asap. I am contacted yearly for an review on my policy. Recently I had to change my banking details. I was travelling at the time and when I contacted Platinum Life the consultant could not hear me very clearly. She quicly sent me an email to reply on with my new banking details. The request for the new PL debit order was sent through the next day. I had a problem with my authorisation on the bank app and had to contact Platinum Life again after trying to resolve it with my bank. The Platinum Life consultant informed me on how to handle and resolve the issue. Fast and efficient service. Thank you Platinum Life.
