I would like to write a review about Platinum Life I would like to thank the team at Platinum life As well as the product development My husband turned 70 in april and i was under the impression his cover stopped. When a consultant shaniel explained the benefit increase stopped but cover is in place .he recommeded i start the claims process and all the admin staff was vert helpful with sending claim forms and explaining the process and turnaround times. The premuims devision with my enquiry. I can only give them 100percent on effort and making me feel there is hope
