I would like to write a review about Platinum Life: I recently had an issue and decided to call Platinum Life, I must say I was blown away by the service I received. Mbali assisted me on the phone, and she was incredibly professional, patient, and she was genuinely carring. She made me feel valued and went above and beyond to resolve my problem efficiently. It's rare to get service that is this warm and attentive these days. She was very respectful it's like she knew that I'm old. I also like that she spoke in Zulu I was able to express myself and I was able to understand her well. I hope Platinum life can have more Zulu speaking people as English can be a problem sometimes and you end up not understanding well. Thank you Mbali, and Platinum Life, for making the experience so pleasant. I'm truly impressed!
