I would like to write a review about Platinum Life: I have been a client of Platinum Life for many years. I have always had excellent service from them with regular calls to upgrade or advise on gift promotions. Also advising on debit payments that fell on odd days or holidays . Juanita called me and was very clear and concise in once again explaining my policy to me. The policy is of a long standing and although I remember the basics it was refreshing to have her simplify it for me. As I’m retired now and wanting to cut costs rather than increase them, she was of huge assistance in managing this. Furthermore I believe Juanita is a credit to your company and she was a pleasure to deal with. With many thanx Sylvia White
