I would like to write a review about Platinum Life : Everyday i am harassed by cold call folks trying to sell me something. When Platinum Life 'cold called' me 2019 the Lady was so pleasant. I actually listened to her. Bought a Policy and never looked back. Last month i experienced a glitch and short banked insufficient funded to meet my commitment to Platinum. Platinum reached out to me, and again, i experienced exceptional service. An understanding voice on the other side of the phone meant so much to me. I assured Platinum Life that my short payment would be met and apologized at my oversight. I wish to compliment Platinum on such professionalism in this day and age where folks can be down right nasty when you skip a payment. Thank you once again.
