I would like to write a review about Platinum Life employee Chené Kleynhans

I would like to write a review about Platinum Life employee Chené Kleynhans. I was about to cancel my policy due to financial reasons, and Chené phoned me to assist me with the cancelation. We spoke for a bit, she was very understanding, patient and friendly and suggested that I could perhaps keep the policy, but at a lower premium. She explained that when my situation turns for the better that I could always go back on to the original policy. I value her assistance highly and would definitely like to interact wuth her personally again in the future. Kindest Regards Dezanné de Beer
