I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. I joined platinum life through a referral and as we know most people talked about how they annoyed them with marketing. I reluctantly took out the policy and can tell you, it was the best thing I could have done. In 2020 during covid I battle breast cancer, they stepped up with all their promises in the policy and adding a care pack for my operation. It was the most thoughtful gesture, they exudes empathy and caring. I recently dealt with Shannon, her professionalism and respect towards me and my query reassured me that I am well looked after by Platinum Life.
