I would like to write a review about Platinum Life, Arcel contacted me when I sent an email to cancel my policy. I have 3 children and I am currently struggling financially. After my debit order for platinum life went unpaid for a few months, I decided I would rather need to cancel my policy. Arcel contacted me and offered a solution by reducing my monthly premium and offering me a month's break to sort a few things out. I must give her a 5 star rating for understanding the difficulties faced by women in this day and age and being so understanding and helpful toward me.
