I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. I received the annual upgrade to the policy call from Platinum Life. There, I was informed about the proposed increase and the amount payable by me after I accepted the new upgraded policy. Due to the financial strain taking its strain on many households, I sent an email regarding my situation. A few days later, I received a call from one of their consultants (Nadia), who explained how they would be able to assist me. Not only does my monthly premium not be increased for this financial year, but she also managed to offer a slight reduction in the monthly premium. A huge thank you to Platinum Life and Nadia for their empathy.
