I would like to write a review about Platinum Life

I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. I phoned Platinum Life some time ago asvI I needed information and the ladÿ who assisted me with a query. I actually insisted at first to speak to one of the managers as I have a question and i didn't want to repeat my query to several employees at PL. The lady asked me to give her a chance to assist me whatever is worrying me. I decided to give her a chance - just maybe she would be able to assist me. I was truly impressed in the friendly, competent and professional manner she set my mind at ease. She came over as a real asset of PL. I am satisfied and blown away with her knowledge and kindness!
