I would like to write a review about Platinum Life

I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. Yesterday, Sunday, I realised that I couldn’t locate my original PL policy documents so I emailed the info address and was pleasantly surprise to receive a response from Miche Holworthy with the documents I wanted, today. She certainly deserves a 5* rating for the prompt reply as does Platinum Life. Previously when I communicated with PL in 2018 the automated responses advised a waiting period of 72 working hours and the service consultant had advised me I’d get my policy documents within the next 48 hours and I never did receive the documents I requested. We’ll done on the vast improvement!!!!! Regards Ingrid Wallis
