I would like to write a review about Platinum Life

I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. Riona from the call centre was wonderfully helpful with my query. I called in because my debit order is supposed to be deducted on the first day of the month. Every month, they deduct it earlier. I received an sms to say that since it’s December, they will be putting the debit order through earlier, which does not suite me. She said she will put a note on the system. I did ask to have an updated policy to be emailed to me. 24 hours later and I’ve received nothing. System error maybe? Ronia sounded like she would be competent enough to get it right.
