I would like to write a review about Platinum Life

I would like to write a review about Platinum Life. I was having an issue with messages I was receiving and was determined to cancel my contract as I was so frustrated. Lizelle contacted me and actually listened to my frustration and never made promises or sweet words to placate me. She did, however, promise to look into it. True to her word, she came back to me with feedback and convinced me to keep the policy active. In short, she is truly an asset to your organization, and 5 stars does not do her justice.
