I would like to thank Platinum Life for reaching out to me regarding my Cancer policy that was 4 months in arrears. I have been unemployed for over a year and was no longer able to afford my monthly premium. Instead of them canceling my policy and then having to lose out on my Cash Back benefit, Kathleen was able to write off my arrears and reduce my premium to a more affordable one of which I am super grateful for.
