I would like to talk about this guy called Vincent, he is so incredible at what he does. I called in to cancel my policy and didn't want anyone to convince me otherwise, they told me that they have logged in a query and will get a call from them after a few days, I was so impatient I had my phone on my hand all the time as I didn't want to miss their call. Guess what!! That day came I got a call from a guy who introduced himself as Vincent, before he could say anything I told him I want to cancel and my mind is made up, he asked me to explain the reason and I did....long story short he was so professional, such a good listener he managed to convince me not to cancel. NB: Vincent, keep up the good work 🌟🌟🌟🌟
