I would like to give a five-star rating to Aneshari Padiachy, Claims Supervisor, and Shandri De Bruyn from the Claims department at Platinum Life. They have been incredibly helpful and sympathetic. At one point, I even broke down in tears while speaking to Shandri. This is such an emotional time in a woman’s life, and I just want to thank you for keeping your promises and providing support.
