I would like to commend the team for their assistance in resolving my policy concerns. After raising my issues and requesting cancellation, the matter was handled professionally and I was offered a reduced payment arrangement of 40 percent which made a significant difference for me financially. The process was eventually resolved in a way that felt fair and considerate. Communication improved and I appreciate that my situation was taken seriously and not dismissed. Thank you for the support and for finding a workable solution.
