I wish I remembered the name of the lady who assisted me, so kind, patient, pleasant voice and informative. Although I had wanted comprehensive insurance she still made sure that I know the benefits of having accidental insurance. One thing about platinum life they assign someone specifically for you. That lady knew me and my details and I was so glad I didn’t have to start over again and explain myself. Great experience, from day one.
