I was very mad ,to a point that I was 100percent ready to cancel my policy with platinum life due to a high deductible amount on my account which was not even verified by my banker ,the lady who assisted me before Anelisa was so rude and she couldn't careless if I canceled so when I received a call from Anelisa everything changed, she was very professional and listened to my query with understanding and made me reconsider about canceling my policy even after i told her that I do have a medical aid.
