I was unhappy about a previous call from a platinum life consultant and I laid a complaint and even cancel my policy
I was unhappy about a previous call from a platinum life consultant and I laid a complaint and even cancel my policy. Rose called me back and in a very professional way and excellent communication and empathy for my situation sorted the matter and I am pleased
