I was temporarily struggling to pay my monthly contribution
I was temporarily struggling to pay my monthly contribution. The very friendly agent phoned me and she truly tried their utmost to accommodate me (all throughout the call with a smile in her voice), without putting any pressure on me whatsoever. I was so relieved ánd grateful by the time we ended the call! Thank you Platinum Life! I am a very happy customer. Didn't think I've experienced this kind of great and understanding service in a very long time.
