I was struggling to pay my monthly subscription and wanted to cancel my policy. But I got a call back, and she explained to me how to keep my cover and to reduce my monthly premium. I was very satisfied with all she explained and did not cancel my policy. I will be paying much less now and still have my full cover. I am very happy now and will recommend Platinum Life.
