I was retrenched at the end of February so my debit order with Platinum Life was not paid because I was not receiving a salary. The consultant called me and was so understanding. They truly are a marvelous team. Right from the beginning when I joined. They are efficient and empathetic. Messages were sent to me constantly reminding me not to lose my cover,and how important it was for my health. They have made an arrangement to bring my amount outstanding up to date. I am truly grateful to be part of this amazing team.
