I was irritable when I called Nadia and my initialcontact was a bit rude
I was irritable when I called Nadia and my initialcontact was a bit rude. However she didn't match my mood instead she was calm and patient in explaining the issue I had. I was really grateful for that as we resolved the issue amicably. Thank you Nadia and keep up the good work.
