I was in difficult situation money wise and in one month platinum life deduct 3 times money from account when I needed it the most for my own purposes...when I decided to rather stop my policy wit you..than a lady phoned in Afrikaans in my own language whom I understand the best if it comes by business..she really encourage me and I decided to keep my policy and not cancel it..so I appreciate her to changed my mind..today I am not sorry about it..thanks again..God bless..
