I was in arrears on my insurance policy
I was in arrears on my insurance policy. The lady, Arcel, gave me a call and explained what happened. She was extremely courteous. I realized the mistake on my part and she was happy to assist me with a cheaper premium, which I declined. As I know I was in the wrong. I opted for the same premium.
