I was going to cancel a policy to an affordability issue. A consultant phoned me, and we discussed the issue as I'm a pensioner but have been with Platinum Life for many years. The consultant came up with an affordable solution for me that still has me covered if I'm diagnosed with cancer. She was extremely professional and really took time to address all my concerns.
