I was diagnosed with breast cancer in August 2024 and had to submit a claim with platinum life. I received excellent service at the most trying time of my life. I would like to single out Leandi Schoonees, whom I've interacted with on numerous occasions. She's been amazing and I'd like to applaud her for her ability to bring such kindness to someone whose outlook was rather bleak. She is an asset to her organization and understands how to be humane and warm in an otherwise cold world. Words are not enough to show my gratitude to her.
