I was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year. Yes, it was daunting but I am so thankful to Platinum Life for making my experience less stressful. Landi Janse van Rensburg was assigned to administrate my claim. From my first interaction via email, whereby she confirmed receipt of my claim and the process thereafter was seamless. Landi always kept me informed of the progress up until the final stage. I was pleasantly surprised by her phone call to inform me of the outcome of my application.
