I was determined to cancel my policy upon which Joni phoned me
I was determined to cancel my policy upon which Joni phoned me. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She listened to my reasons for cancellation and gave me alternative options. I accepted what she presented and kept my policy in place with amendments. Furthermore I asked my husband to check all amendments and he confirmed that all was in order. Again, if it wasn't for Joni, Platinum Life would've definitely lost me as customer.... *WELL DONE JONI!!!!!!!!!!!!*
