I was considering cancelling my premium with Platinum Life because I felt I was being overcharged
I was considering cancelling my premium with Platinum Life because I felt I was being overcharged. However, the lovely lady who assisted me took the time to adjust my premium to an amount I can afford, and thanks to her, I’m still a happy customer. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service!
