I was assisted by Chrysanthea Pillay - Client Care Consultant on 27 January 2025. I called customer care, and I am pleased with how quickly my issue was resolved. She sent me my updated policy documents within minutes of ending the call. She was eager to help, and as with every other Platinum Life consultant I've spoken to over the years, she was very friendly. Keep up the great work! Buhle
