I was assisted by Chane,she was patient and understanding.Thank you so much! I had stopped my debits for 2 months (personal reasons) and reinstated the policy on the 3rd month. An error occured but I was refunded as promised and reinstated my policy with ease.Been with them for over 3 years now.
